Thursday, November 5, 2026, 12:00 - 1:00 pm Via zoom Open to all in the Cornell Community at no cost Join Casey Benson, LCSW, PMH-C, for an engaging conversation about the emotional realities of pregnancy and new parenthood. Through an interview-style discussion, we'll explore common perinatal mental health challenges and learn how to recognize the difference between normal adjustment and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Casey will help us discover strategies for supporting mental wellbeing and gain practical tools for building a strong support system before and after your baby arrives.
