Whether you're looking to reduce your risk, support a loved one, or simply learn more, this week-long campaign offers activities designed to help you learn about diabetes, understand your risk, incorporate movement, care for your feet, and create a realistic plan for healthy change. Participate in one or more campaign activities and complete the end of campaign survey for a chance to win a $50-value prize redeemable through the employee appreciation portal. Campaign Activities Take the 1-Minute Prediabetes Risk Test: Did you know that about 8 out of 10 adults with prediabetes don't know they have it? Prediabetes often develops without symptoms, but early awareness can make a significant difference. Take the quick newly released risk assessment to learn whether you may be at increased risk and discover steps you can take to support healthy blood sugar levels and possibly reverse prediabetes.Healthy Feet Are Happy Feet: Everyday actions can make a big impact. No special equipment or fitness level required. Just show up and move with us!Make a Plan and Put It Into Action: Do you have all the information about managing blood sugar levels but struggle with getting started?
