10 minutes of near blizzard conditions before dawn in a parking lot in the Mountainview section of Ewing Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. Conditions were borderline blizzard (1/4 mile and gusts to 35 mph) though did not meet the full qualifying period (3 hours) to be true blizzard. The worst conditions of the storm actually happened about a half hour after this video was shot, with visibility dropping down to near 1/8 mile, but I had walked away from this area with the good lighting by then.
