1 The Qua Iboe River Estuary, Western Ibeno Waterfront (3 km west of the primary beach resort entry gates). Daylight hours. The scenic geological confluence point where the freshwater Qua Iboe River flows out into the open salty Atlantic Ocean. It is heavily packed with traditional wooden fishing dhows and serves as an important ecological wetland sanctuary. Free to view; boat operators charge for tours.
