Trinity Palmetto Point – a green parish on the slopes of Saint Kitts
Trinity Palmetto Point is one of the fourteen administrative parishes that make up Saint Kitts and Nevis, and it ranks sixth in size among the parishes on the island of Saint Kitts. Its parish capital is Trinity. The parish reaches from the Caribbean shoreline up towards the green volcanic slopes that form the spine of the island, and that setting has shaped everyday life here for generations, from farming the land to fishing and trading along the coast. Churches, village halls and small shops have long been the places where neighbours meet. Today it remains a quiet, close-knit corner of Saint Kitts. We warmly invite members to share their own photographs, family stories and memories of growing up in the parish.
