Anetan – a district of the Pacific island nation of Nauru
Anetan is one of the districts of Nauru, the small island nation in the Pacific, and it lies within Anetan Constituency, the unit through which the district is represented. Like all of Nauru's districts, it is modest in size, and life here is lived within easy reach of the sea, which shapes the weather, the food and the daily routine alike. Families, churches and community groups form the backbone of local life, and neighbours tend to know one another well.
