Most tourists come to Zambales for the resorts in Subic Bay, with more rustic options available elsewhere along the coast. Hikers also come to Zambales to climb alternate trails to Mount Pinatubo and other ranges in the Zambales Cordillera. History buffs and religious tourists come to see the house-museum of former president Ramon Magsaysay in Castillejos and Spanish-era churches in Botolan, Iba, Masinloc and Santa Cruz.
